4.2 We do not guarantee availability, prices, or the quality of transportation services. Final prices, availability, and service terms are determined by the Partner/Provider.

5. Booking and payment

5.1 If you choose to book a transfer, the booking is completed via a Partner/Provider. Your contract for transportation is with the Partner/Provider (and/or the transport company), not with Taxi Moments.

5.2 Payments (if applicable) are processed by the Partner/Provider according to their terms. Taxi Moments does not process payments for transportation services.

6. Cancellation and changes

6.1 Cancellations, changes, refunds, and complaints are handled by the Partner/Provider according to their policies and the details in your booking confirmation.

7. Responsibility

7.1 Taxi Moments is not responsible for the transportation service itself, including driver licensing, vehicle condition, delays, or service quality. These are the responsibility of the Partner/Provider and/or the transport company.

7.2 The Site content is provided for informational purposes. We aim to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is always up to date.

8.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Site.
